The S4 Capella development is situated 10 minutes north of Kings Cross Station.

The ground floor in the market sector is amenity space for residents, whereas the ground floor in the social side is retail space.

We were tasked with producing items with a high end finish. Including the pain reception desk, Post room office and kitchenette.
